Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for computer workstations and peripherals.
• Conduct site surveys and document configurations.
• Prepare installation schedules and train personnel on hardware.
