Job summary

Qualifications

• 8570 Certification; Security+ preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for IT hardware and peripherals.
• Conduct site surveys and create documentation for configurations and changes.
• Install and configure hardware and cabling to support site deployment.
• Train site personnel on hardware usage and maintenance.
