Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Hardware Sourcing Recruiter to build pipelines for hardware and software engineering roles in support of device, robotics, and AI roadmaps. This onsite Bellevue, WA role focuses on technical sourcing, market insights, and candidate engagement rather than full-cycle recruiting.

You will partner with engineering leaders, craft targeted outreach, and drive diverse pipelines while delivering funnel metrics and initial technical screens to inform senior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing hardware and/or software engineering talent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Proficient with technical recruiting and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines for Hardware Engineering roles, including Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, and Silicon/ASIC Engineers.
• Source for Software Engineering roles, including Embedded Software, C/C++, Python, and ML/AI.
• Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies using Boolean search, X-ray, GitHub, StackOverflow, and HireEZ.
• Craft outreach for niche profiles and maintain high response rates through personalized messaging.
• Partner with engineering leaders to calibrate profiles and refine role requirements.
• Deliver insights on competitor organizations and skill trends.
• Conduct initial technical screens to evaluate depth and experience.
• Build inclusive pipelines via targeted channels and partnerships.
• Track funnel health and pipeline velocity using ATS/CRM tools.
• Pass qualified candidates to Senior Recruiters for progression.
