MatX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract top hardware, AI, and software talent for a fast-growing startup in Mountain View, CA. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders, and build strong pipelines for system hardware and AI silicon roles.

You\'ll implement sourcing strategies, manage the candidate journey, and deliver data-driven updates to leadership. This hybrid role requires 3–5 years in technical recruiting and a track record of hiring high-impact technical talent.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience in hardware, systems, or AI-focused teams.
• Experience with high-volume hiring in fast-growth environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting activities including outbound sourcing and screening.
• Collaborate on recruiting strategies to identify and hire top hardware/AI talent.
• Hire for specialized hardware engineering roles supporting AI silicon.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and qualifications.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
• Provide data-driven pipeline updates to leadership.
• Ensure timely and professional candidate communications.
