Job summary

Nominal is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for highly technical roles across Software Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure. You will partner with engineering leaders to define role profiles, create sourcing strategies, and craft compelling descriptions.

You will shape assessment criteria and interview standards while scaling our technical recruiting function. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you will gain deep domain understanding, build strong

Qualifications

4+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups or other high-performance technology environments.
Significant experience recruiting software engineers and other highly technical profiles.

Responsibilities

Own complex technical searches across Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, AI, and other technical areas.
Turn raw hiring needs into clear role definitions, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and compelling job descriptions.
Translate role requirements into clear assessment criteria and structured interview strategies.
Build and scale recruiting processes, tools, and talent intelligence to support rapid engineering growth.
