MatX Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for hardware, silicon, and software roles in a fast-growing startup environment in Mountain View, CA.

You will source, screen, and hire top technical talent while partnering with leadership to align hiring plans with business needs. The role emphasizes building pipelines, delivering a world-class candidate experience, and providing regular, data-driven updates on progress.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally for hardware, systems, or AI teams.
• Experience recruiting in start-up or high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
• Hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Mountain View, CA three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting activities, including outbound sourcing and initial phone screens.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify, source, and hire technical talent focused on hardware, silicon, and software roles.
• Hire for specialized hardware engineering roles supporting AI silicon, including RTL and microarchitecture design and verification.
• Provide regular, data-driven updates on pipeline metrics to leadership.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
