Job description

Location: 100% ONSITE in Seattle, WA OR Bellevue, WA

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Job Description:

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Tech savvy in recruitment - Hardware, SDE, etc.
• Ability to create and perform Boolean searches and execute other creative sourcing strategies.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with passive candidates.
