Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Recruiter I - Technical for a 5-month onsite contract in Seattle to source and interview candidates for highly specialized campus-level roles including AI, ML, Robotics, Silicon/Chip Design, and Quantum Computing.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, extend offers, and support onboarding with the Talent Acquisition team. Candidates should have 1+ years in tech recruiting and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant exp.
• Sourcing and/or full-lifecycle recruiting experience in specialized tech domains.
• Experience recruiting for competitor companies or highly technical fields (SDEs, HDEs, Scientists).
• Demonstrated end-to-end project management and data tracking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in related area may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential candidates for open positions.
• Check candidate references and verify employment history.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
• Conduct orientation for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• Follow pre-established guidelines and report to a supervisor or manager.
