Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and check references for potential employees.
• Extend offers and conduct orientation for new hires.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment.
• Perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
