Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to maintain and grow profitability and market share across Toledo, OH and surrounding areas.

You will develop relationships with customers based on knowledge, service, trust, and integrity while implementing major market programs and sample placements. The role requires daily on-site sales to dealers, designers, and end-users, with travel within the territory, and the ability to lift heavy display racks while managing budgets and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers with emphasis on hard surface flooring products.
• Sell and present products to retail dealers, designers and end-users; analyze leads.
• Construct display racks weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Prospect for new accounts within territory.
• Prepare and communicate periodic sales reports and forecasts.
• Enter customer interactions into Salesforce.com.
• Promote all residential products including Shaw Floors, A/T and Philly Commercial.
