Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Shaw Hard Surface Territory Manager to drive sales and growth in the designated territory. You will conduct daily calls on customers, present Shaw hard surface products to dealers and designers, and manage display builds and budgets.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, travel as needed, and a flexible schedule including some evenings. Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to travel in a vehicle capable of carrying product samples (van/SUV).
• Ability to lift samples and build displays up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls with existing customers focusing on hard surface flooring products.
• Present products to retail dealers, designers and end-users; analyze leads from corporate reports.
• Sell and assemble display racks weighing 50lbs or more.
• Prospect for new accounts and monitor territory market activity.
• Prepare business transaction reports, sales volumes and goals.
• Analyze sales statistics using computer reports to set goals and assist dealers.
• Monitor travel and entertainment expenses and sample budget to fit budget requirements.
• Enter all customer interactions into Salesforce.com; promote residential Shaw products.
