Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Shaw Hard Surface Territory Manager to grow profitability and market share in the Tulsa, OK region. You will build relationships with flooring dealers, designers and end-users, driving sales of Shaw Floors, Anderson Tuftex and Philly Commercial products.

You will travel to customer sites, present products, compile sales reports and manage sample budgets while working with a team to meet regional goals.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED and 1 year of sales experience.
• Must be able to travel in a vehicle capable of carrying product sample boards.
• Ability to lift samples and build displays up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexible schedule that may include some evenings.
• Proven experience using a laptop and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Make daily sales calls on existing customers emphasizing hard surface flooring products and related items.
• Present Shaw products to retail dealers, designers and end-users and analyze leads.
• Sell and assemble display racks weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Continuously prospect for new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Prepare business transaction reports and sales volumes.
