Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a hands-on Tax Manager to own the ASC 740 income tax provision and coordinate outsourced tax functions. In a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, you will act as the internal quarterback across external advisors (RSM), Avalara sales tax services, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely tax reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASC 740 income tax provision in a corporate tax function.
• Proven ability to manage federal/state income tax compliance.
• Experience coordinating with external tax advisors.
• Familiarity with sales/use tax processes.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual ASC 740 tax provision process including current and deferred calculations.
• Manage provision-to-return true-ups and variance analyses.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Liaise with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee sales and use tax compliance and filings.
• Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
