Qualifications

• Experience with ASC 740 income tax provision and related schedules.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external tax advisors and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of federal/state income tax compliance.
• Familiarity with sales/use tax processes and Avalara or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own annual ASC 740 income tax provision, including current and deferred calculations.
• Coordinate provision-to-return true-ups and variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors (e.g., RSM).
• Review federal and state returns and workpapers; manage timelines.
• Oversee outsourced sales/use tax compliance and filings.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support audits as needed.
• Track regulatory changes and assist cash flow forecasting related to tax.
