Qualifications

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience and ownership.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional federal/state tax compliance.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4/regional firms).
• Working knowledge of Avalara or similar sales tax systems.
• Proven ability to manage audits and interact with tax authorities.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual ASC 740 income tax provision, including current and deferred calculations.
• Perform provision-to-return true-ups and variance analyses.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Serve as liaison with external tax advisors and sales tax providers.
• Oversee multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and accurate reporting.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and support leadership with planning.
