Talent With Heart is seeking a hands-on Tax Manager to own the ASC 740 provision and coordinate outsourced tax functions across federal, state, and local levels. You will partner with external advisors (RSM) and sales tax providers (Avalara) while guiding internal stakeholders.

The role sits at the center of tax operations, focusing on execution, oversight, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, PE-backed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• Experience with federal and state income tax compliance.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual ASC 740 tax provision, including current & deferred calculations and journal entries.
• Serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors and review returns/workpapers.
• Oversee outsourced sales/use tax compliance processes and filings.
