Qualifications

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• Experience coordinating with external tax advisors.
• Familiarity with sales tax systems (Avalara) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual ASC 740 tax provision with current and deferred calculations.
• Perform provision-to-return true-ups and variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Coordinate with external advisors (RSM) and sales tax providers (Avalara).
• Review federal/state returns, manage timelines, and respond to tax inquiries.
