You will lead provision activities, manage audits, and drive process improvements while partnering with finance and operations to align tax outcomes with business decisions.

Qualifications

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• C-Corp federal and state tax compliance.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4/regional firms).
• Working knowledge of Avalara or similar sales tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the ASC 740 income tax provision for the organization.
• Serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors.
• Oversee federal and state income tax compliance processes and filings.
• Supervise outsourced sales/use tax compliance and address gaps.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and support strategic tax planning.
