• Decisive, dependable and ownership mindset.
• Experience around mechanical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations and workflow
• Schedule and prioritize service and repair work
• Assign jobs to technicians based on workload and skill level
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, costs, and timelines
• Review work orders and help ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Support technicians with questions, troubleshooting, and priorities
• Monitor open work and follow up on jobs to keep projects moving
• Address customer questions or service concerns professionally
• Maintain an organized, productive, and safety‑focused work environment
• Work with other departments to coordinate customer and operational needs
