Responsibilities

• Manage Technician Timecards and payroll processing.
• Open, process, and monitor work orders for efficient service delivery.
• Proactively contact customers to provide repair status updates.
• Collaborate with technicians for daily scheduling and debriefings.
• Prepare and present repair estimates and handle warranty claims.
• Answer phones and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Support rental inquiries, quotations, setup, and deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
