Church's Texas Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to work under the Restaurant General Manager. The role covers hands-on daily operations, implementing Church's initiatives, and supporting financial and administrative duties.

The ARGM will help train staff, schedule, and manage daily activities, while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training all employees.
• Assist RGM in maintaining staffing and preparing weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assist in administering paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting sales plans.
• Maintain and record inventory.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and maintain a clean facility.
