Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant General Manager in training all employees.
• Maintain staffing and prepare weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assist in completing all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and help meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Keep the facility clean at all times.
• Deliver high quality products daily across shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
