Job summary

Church’s Chicken seeks an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to work under the Restaurant General Manager, handling day-to-day restaurant operations and supporting Church’s initiatives. You will help drive sales, manage banking and administrative duties, and ensure high standards of service.

You will train staff, ensure proper staffing and scheduling, and maintain inventory while complying with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant General Manager in training all employees.
• Assist in staffing and preparing weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assist in administering paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and meeting sales plans.
• Maintain and record accurate inventory.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Maintain a clean facility and deliver high quality products daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
