Delight Restaurant Group in the Pittsburgh market is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations. The role emphasizes field work, problem solving, and close collaboration with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant performance.

The successful candidate will manage preventative maintenance, diagnose HVAC and refrigeration issues, supervise kitchen equipment and basic electrical/plumbing tasks, and coordinate vendors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV), mainly Pittsburgh.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands‑on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing systems.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally or via vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
