Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group in Pittsburgh is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations across restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a tech-minded leader who thrives in the field and partners closely with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.

You will manage HVAC/refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing tasks while coordinating preventative maintenance and vendor work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV), generally with major work in the Pittsburgh area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems.
• Maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment.
• Basic electrical and plumbing work.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally vs. through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
