Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a technician‑level leader who enjoys field work and partnering with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment support, and preventative maintenance programs. Travel within the tri-state area is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and travel throughout tri-state area (OH, PA, WV) with focus near Pittsburgh.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants in the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Determine repairs to be done in-house or via vendors.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo or similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with GMs and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses.
