Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role is ideal for a technically minded leader who thrives in the field and partners closely with Operations to keep restaurants safe and productive.

You will manage preventive maintenance programs, supervise HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or technical roles; restaurant/multi-unit preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel in tri-state area (OH, PA, WV) within a two-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants in the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Determine when to repair in-house vs. via approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using a work-order system (Corrigo or similar).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
