Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. You will lead a field-based team, troubleshoot HVAC/refrigeration, and partner with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant performance.

The role requires strong problem-solving, vendor management, and the ability to manage preventative maintenance programs across multi-unit locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri‑state area of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, generally within a two‑hour driving radius, with the majority of work concentrated in the Pittsburgh area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands‑on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
