PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage operations at an apartment community, including service requests, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and resident service. The role emphasizes leadership of the maintenance team and a resident-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience, EPA Type II certification, and live within 30 miles of the property, with a valid driver's license and own vehicle for on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years in maintenance supervisory role.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of property.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and outside contractors on site.
• Prioritize and assign service requests while monitoring completion.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Assist in turn events and prepare units for marketing.
