Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at an assigned apartment community. You will organize service requests, manage a preventative maintenance program, ensure safety standards, and deliver resident-focused service.

The ideal candidate leads the maintenance team, coordinates with associates and outside contractors, and maintains organized records while staying within budget. A strong knowledge of local codes and OSHA guidelines is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; multifamily industry preferred.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Basic hand tools and general maintenance equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors.
• Oversee service requests and preventative maintenance program.
• Adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate bid processes and capital improvements with leadership.
• Turn units with maintenance and ensure readiness for marketing.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
