Ideal candidates bring 2+ years supervisory maintenance in multifamily, EPA Type II certification, and a valid driver’s license. The role includes on-site duties, vendor management, and turnover preparation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type II Certification required; CPO preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance/repair work and vendors within budget.
• Manage service requests and preventative maintenance program.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for curb appeal and safety.
• Assist in resident move-in/move-out process and turnover.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.
