Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team at our apartment property. You’ll lead repairs, manage service requests, and ensure safety and compliance while optimizing the budget and vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance (60–70%) and supervising staff, with a focus on resident satisfaction and asset protection. Relocation not required; strong driving record preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; experience in multifamily industry preferred.
• EPA certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required; own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors.
• Manage service requests and preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to maintain curb appeal.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
