Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in Landscape Maintenance, providing hands-on field training alongside crews and exposure to office operations. Interns shadow Field Ops, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership while receiving dedicated mentorship to build professional skills.

The program emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and a strong culture. Interns may gain further training in a department of their choice and present a final internship experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow and engage with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with a mentor providing feedback and professional development.
• Develop leadership and professional etiquette through structured training.
