Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working beside the team during every rush on line, at the register, and on the floor. You own people, product, and profit with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead operations, coach staff, maintain brand standards, and manage costs while ensuring top customer service and safety across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes (line, register, drive-thru).
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and systems; drive speed of service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
