Ayvaz Pizza LLC seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This on-site, hands-on role requires a player-coach who works with the team during every rush to set the pace and deliver great food and service.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, building a culture of accountability, speed, and quality. The role demands high-volume experience, on-floor leadership, and staff development while managing costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required — high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally lead shifts on the floor, including line, oven, register, or drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllable expenses; drive sales through operational excellence.
