Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, hands-on and on the line during every rush. You will own people, product and profit within your four walls, working side-by-side with the team to set the pace and deliver excellence.

This role requires a high-energy, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and who can coach and develop staff while maintaining top-tier food safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred for advanced operators.
• Hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing shifts and working stations, not just supervising from the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with focus on food quality, guest service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed of service and customer satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members and shift leaders.
