Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes to set the pace on the floor.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Drive speed of service and customer satisfaction on the floor shift by shift.
