Job summary

Aÿvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor—on line, on register, and on the floor during every rush. This role is hands-on, player-coach, responsible for people, product, and profit within the four walls of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, floor presence required on line, register, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.
• High-volume, fast-paced concepts preferred (QSR, diner-style, breakfast/all-day-service).

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team on line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
