Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This hands-on GM will be on line, on register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations (line, oven, register, drive-thru).
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team on line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and maintain food safety with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction on the floor shift by shift.
