Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, actively working line, register, and drive-thru during rush periods. You will own people, product, and profit, standing beside your team rather than from an office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations on the floor during shifts.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Manage policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction on the floor shift by shift.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Develop schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
