Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will own people, products, and profits, while actively working alongside the team during every rush.

We seek a high-energy, hands-on leader with experience running shifts, managing labor and costs, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, on-the-floor leadership during every shift.
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Proven track record running shifts and working stations.
• Strong ability to manage labor, food cost, inventory, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team on line, register, or drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and succession planning.
