Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor and works alongside the team during every rush. The role requires a player-coach mindset, visible presence on line, register, and floor during peak periods.

The GM will lead all restaurant operations, enforce brand standards, ensure food safety, and drive guest satisfaction while balancing labor and costs. This hands-on operator thrives in fast-paced settings and participates in coaching and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience running shifts and working stations rather than just supervising from the office.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with no compromises.
• Drive speed of service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
