Job summary

Tsoverheadcrane seeks a Service Operations Manager to own day-to-day branch service operations across the region. This hands-on role coordinates scheduling, dispatch, escalations, contracts, and field technicians to support growth and process development.

The role serves as the first point of contact for branch issues, requiring proactive problem-solving and collaboration with the Regional Service Manager. Occasional travel is expected.

• Experience leading branch service teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound daily operational decisions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch service technicians and coordinators, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.
• Manage ongoing service contract execution, renewals, and day-to-day issues for assigned branches.
• Monitor branch performance against targets and address issues early.
• Coordinate with Service Sales and Regional Manager on visits and improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and delivery standards and report status to Regional Manager.
