Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Regional Technical Operations Supervisor to lead a technicians team across onsite and remote AMER locations, ensuring high-quality technical support delivery and optimal resource allocation. You will coordinate with the TFS Global Lead and client to drive performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising technical support teams across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong technical background to validate troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an average of technicians across onsite and remote AMER locations.
• Ensure training and proper tools/resources for all technicians.
• Deliver or coordinate technical training sessions to maintain high support standards.
• Review hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting actions, and remote support cases.
• Oversee planning and approval of repair trips and remote support operations.
• Monitor compliance with procedures, attendance, and task execution across hubs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Hold 1:1 meetings to provide feedback and promote development.
• Foster a positive work environment and high team morale.
• Approve scheduling, occupancy, and time-off requests to ensure coverage.
• Act as main contact for the TFS Global Lead and client regarding regional operations.
