Job summary

JLL is seeking a hands-on Facility Workplace Coordinator in California to ensure seamless daily operations across client facilities. You will blend maintenance skills with administrative coordination to deliver exceptional workplace experiences and support moves, setups, and space planning.

The role offers growth in facilities management and cross-functional teamwork, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of basic facility maintenance, repairs and vendor management experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or work authorization for the United States.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools; comfortable using computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute work orders, preventive maintenance, and service requests with minimal disruption.
• Perform daily facility inspections to maintain clean, safe environments and identify hazards.
• Carry out minor repairs on office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Coordinate contractor scheduling, vendor management, and project tracking for timely completion.
• Maintain facility records using CMMS and keep documentation up to date.
