• Collaborate with property managers and facility team for routine operations, procure supplies and services.
• Manage facility tasks through CMMS or other channels with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate maintenance and escort vendors for minimal client disruption.
• Support meetings, conferences, and events for clients and JLL; greet visitors professionally.
