Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for our restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market.

You will manage HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing, work closely with Operations and General Managers, and decide when to engage vendors. Travel across the tri-state area is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri‑state area (OH, PA, WV) within a two‑hour radius, with most work in Pittsburgh area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands‑on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
