Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. You will work closely with Operations to keep operations safe and efficient, with a strong focus on field diagnostics and issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities/maintenance, deep HVAC/refrigeration knowledge, and the ability to travel across the tri-state area, primarily serving the Pittsburgh area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience; multi-unit preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair ability.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across tri-state area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurant locations within markets.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and work orders.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Determine internal vs vendor repairs and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
