Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a strong technician or facilities leader who enjoys field work, problem solving, and partnering with Operations to keep restaurants safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities or related fields, with HVAC/refrigeration expertise, and the ability to travel within the tri-state area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV) within a two-hour radius.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing systems.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
