Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a strong technician or facilities leader who enjoys field work, solving problems, and partnering with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.

You will manage preventative maintenance, diagnose HVAC and refrigeration issues, coordinate with General Managers, and oversee vendor relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on repair and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel tri-state area (OH, PA, WV).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• QSR or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants in the market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Determine in-house vs vendor repairs.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses.
